Andy's Cafe was born from a father's love and a determination to create a better future. I'm Tony Lam, founder of Andy's Cafe, and this journey began with my son, Andy.

When Andy was diagnosed with autism, my family and I faced the same questions and concerns that thousands of families across our nation encounter every day. As Andy grew, one statistic haunted me: 85% of adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder remain unemployed or underemployed, not because they lack ability, but because traditional workplaces often fail to recognize and accommodate their unique strengths.

I refused to accept that future for Andy. Instead, I asked myself: What if we could create a workplace specifically designed to showcase the incredible talents of individuals with autism? What if we could build a business model that turns perceived challenges into competitive advantages?
